Every itinerary can be re-dated, re-paced and re-graded. A private car and dedicated guide are always included.
These are the routes we are asked for most. But you do not have to book them as written: add or remove days, swap a city, upgrade the hotels.
If the route you want is not listed, tell us roughly where and how long, and we will design it from scratch.
A classic Beijing–Xi'an–Shanghai route is the easiest introduction: short transfers and plenty to see.
The Qinghai–Gansu Grand Loop and Zhangjiajie offer the biggest scale and the strongest light.
Look for routes with short transfers and short sightseeing days. Chengdu with Jiuzhaigou is our most-booked combination.
Routes with pandas, boat rides and cable cars keep younger travellers engaged.

View detailsThe tours hub collects ten fixed small-group itineraries, from the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop and Zhangjiajie with Fenghuang to the Dunhuang Silk Road, Chengdu and Jiuzhaigou, Xi'an and Luoyang, Shanghai and Hangzhou, Guilin and Yangshuo, Xinjiang, Harbin in ice season, and Lhasa in Tibet. They are starting points rather than rigid packages. Once we know your dates, group size, and interests, any of them can be re-paced, extended, shortened, or merged with another, and the order of stops can change to suit how you like to travel.
Choosing between them usually comes down to season, altitude, how much driving you want, and whether you prefer nature or cities. Qinghai-Gansu and Tibet sit high and have a short warm window, so acclimatisation matters and the pace should stay gentle. Harbin only makes sense in winter, while the south stays mild for much of the year. City-based itineraries keep transfers short, while nature-heavy routes mean longer days in the car. Every itinerary runs as a private small group of two to eight travellers with a dedicated car and guide, with no shopping stops and no forced optional tours. Quotes are provided on request.
